so how are you avoiding the fact that when stitching, you are dropping a thread, going outside the DMZ, coming back in and reissuing the request/response with every API call???

Its like if at Disneyland, they forced you to leave the park everytime you wanted to go on a new ride.

And don’t confuse a FORWARD with a REDIRECT; a FORWARD can route the request internally in the app. GRAPHQL (however) uses REDIRECTS!
